The telecom infrastructure service provider, Bharti Infratel said that the Board members have ropes in Bimal Dayal as Managing Director of the Company with effect from October 22, 2020 up till the effective date of amalgamation between Indus Towers and the company.
Dayal is presently the MD & CEO of Indus Towers.
Both Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Plc, the shareholders group, have recommended the name of Biaml Dayal as the CEO of the merged entity (Bharti Infratel and Indus Tower).
