Cognizant has announced that it was named a "Leader" in the "The Forrester Wave: North American Workplace Services, Q2 2013," published April 30, 2013 by Forrester Research Inc.
The report evaluated and scored Cognizant on the basis of a comprehensive methodology across 34 criteria relating to current offering, strategy, and market presence. Cognizant was among the vendors to receive the highest possible scores for vision for workplace services, client feedback on account management, service quality, and general satisfaction, planned enhancements, and investment to support strategy categories.
