Convergys Corporation has appointed Marife Zamora as Managing Director for Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, and Africa for Convergys' Customer Management business.
In her new Managing Director role, Zamora is responsible for Convergys' international customer management business, overseeing approximately 37,000 employees throughout contact centers in the United Kingdom, India, and the Philippines. In this global role, she is responsible for delivering superior service to Convergys clients and their customers, with the goal of growing Convergys' international business.
