“Dassault Systemes' Partner Programme is a critical differentiator for the brand, providing customers access to a comprehensive network of partners with expertise in their respective fields. The Partner Programme provides exclusive access to 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, which acts as a catalyst for successful transformational initiatives with customers. The Partner Programme offers specialized training and support resources, such as product documentation, technical guides, and online tutorials, to help partners become industry experts. We have created a Partner Advisory Board (PAB) comprising a select group of partners across the globe who can provide ongoing feedback and insights into our product, services and processes. Our 3DEXPERIENCE Platform based Partner Portal provides opportunities to our partners for continuous and relevant feedback on all aspects of our mutual business. We have assigned Partner Success Managers (PSM) to all partners who regularly engage with them, understand their needs, and proactively seek their feedback. Dassault Systemes values fairness and transparency in its partnership models. To ensure this, we undertake several key steps when designing our partnership models. First, we clearly define the goals and objectives of the partnership. Second, we establish transparent criteria for selecting partners. Third, our Distribution Agreements, which we sign with our partners, outline the terms and conditions of the partnership, including roles and responsibilities, revenue sharing, intellectual property rights, dispute resolution mechanisms, and exit clauses. Fourth, our Partner Portal offers a dynamic view to partners on their performance against agreed KPIs. Finally, we believe in creating win-win situations for our partners and customers.”
