Freescale Semiconductor has appointed Vivek Tyagi as Country Manager - Sales for its India operations. As a part of his role, Vivek Tyagi will lead the India sales team to drive business growth in the country.Â
Vivek holds a Bachelor in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Mysore University and a PGCSM from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. He has nearly two decades of experience in distribution, sales and customer relations functions. Vivek joined Freescale Semiconductor India (earlier Motorola Semiconductor) in 1997. Until recently, he was the Regional Sales and Business Development Manager and was also leading the team of technical marketing and application engineers. Prior to Freescale, he has worked with Philips Semiconductors.

Vivek Tyagi replaces Sanjeev Keskar who has been with the organisation since 2004 and is leaving the company to pursue his personal interests.
