HID sees India remaining strongly partner-led as organisations modernise physical access and identity environments. Channel partners are increasingly expected to go beyond supplying readers, credentials and accesscontrol hardware to advise customers on migrations, mobile access, biometrics, cloud-based management and identity integration. HID is therefore strengthening distributors, system integrators, resellers and technology partners through training, solution enablement, technical resources and partner programmes. Most customers already operate legacy access infrastructure, making migration planning and integration especially important. This creates opportunities for partners across consulting, system design, deployment, lifecycle management and managed services. HID’s objective is to make these capabilities easier to build while enabling modern identity technologies to integrate effectively with existing customer environments.
