The Monster Employment March 2012 Index level has risen five percent from a year ago in March. NGO/Social Services has recorded the highest growth, while Consumer goods/ FMCG, Food and Packaged Food sectors also record strong annual growth. Demand for Senior Management exhibits highest annual gain, followed by professionals in Healthcare. Bangalore is said to be the strongest annual gainer among major metro-markets.
