OnSSI has announced a special promotional offer on their Ocularis Certification Training Programme. Beginning July 21, 2010 through to August 31, 2010, the Training Programme can be purchased at the current price of $595.00 and is valid for classes held before December 31, 2010. After September 1, 2010, new prices will be in effect for training - classes will cost $795.00 for Channel Partners and $1,095.00 for non-Channel Partners.
This new Certification programme is being extended to anyone who would like to enhance their professional portfolio as the certification will now be retained by the participating individual.
The pre-registration credit may be used for either the Ocularis 101 or Ocularis 201 Programme at any of the OnSSI courses nationwide. With the introduction of these new courses, Ocularis Certification will now be retained by the individual.
"End-users depend on Ocularis and the expertise of their technology partners to help achieve their security goals," said Julio Montalvo, Director of Technical Services, OnSSI. "This promotion allows professionals to ensure their training is up to date before the new prices take effect while also encouraging individuals to enhance their marketability as a potential employee in the workplace."
Applications covered in the three-day course include Ocularis Base, Ocularis Administrator, Ocularis Client and either NetDVMS or NetEVS. Additionally, the hands-on training programme will provide instruction on all areas of the technology, ranging from camera recording to monitoring to database storage and retrieval. Students who pass the multiple-choice final test will be Ocularis certified for a period of two years.
