Quantum Corp has entered into a distribution partnership with Tata Elxsi. Tata Elxsi will market, resell, service and support Quantum disk-based backup, tape and software products in India. These products will be marketed to end users, as well as other India-based value added resellers. In addition, Tata Elxsi will become a Quantum Authorized Service Provider, which will allow the company to provide maintenance and support services for customers and channel partners.
