At the upcoming ISE 2014 show in Amsterdam, Revolabs and Biamp Systems have announced to jointly present a technical demonstration of Audio Video Bridging (AVB) interoperability between Revolabs Executive Elite wireless microphone system and Biamp System's Tesira digital signal processor (DSP)-based media system.
Tim Root, Chief Technology Officer, Revolabs, said, "After an in-depth evaluation of network technology, we have chosen to standardize our products on AVB because of its robustness, speed, and scalability. As the leader in the DSP space and a pioneer in AVB technology for scalable AV networks, Biamp is the ideal partner as we work together to bring AVB and its benefits to our joint customers."
At ISE 2014, Revolabs will demonstrate an AVB link between its breakthrough Executive Elite four- and eight-channel wireless microphone system and Biamp's industry-leading Tesira scalable DSP media system. Engineering groups from Revolabs and Biamp will work together to develop a complete AVB solution integrating the two systems.
