Sona Mohapatra alleges during MeToo last year
Sona Mohapatra, who had accused musicians Anu Malik and Kailash Kher of sexual misconduct, took to twitter to state that Sonu Nigam had spoken in favour of Malik.
Unfortunately, a year later many who were called out by female celebrities, producers or musicians are back in business. Few of them were music composer Anu Malik as well as Kailash Kher who were accused of sexual misconduct. The allegations led to the immediate sacking of Anu Malik.
Sona alleged, "Sonu Nigam championed the cause of Anu Malik publicly & his right to be earning millions on nationalTV while saying he’s his mothers son etc to justify his understanding of @IndiaMeToo. Had called Ram Sampath ,my husband and asked to ‘keep me in check’ while calling me a ‘terrorist’. Must be happy now."
