Arrow PC Network successfully hosted its annual flagship event, Synergy 2026 – Co-Creating the Future, from May 8 to 10, 2026, at the beautiful Royal Orchid Fort Resort in Mussoorie. Surrounded by the calm hills, scenic valleys, and refreshing atmosphere of the Queen of Hills, the venue created the perfect setting for meaningful conversations, industry collaboration, and relationship-building beyond boardrooms and presentations.
Sponsored by Dell Technologies, Commvault, Check Point Software Technologies, SentinelOne, TP-Link, OpenText, and iValue Group, the event brought together over 40 decision-makers, CIOs, IT heads, enterprise customers, technology leaders, and members of the Arrow PC Network team. The objective was clear: to create an environment where collaboration could move beyond presentations and translate into real business conversations, stronger partnerships, and future-focused decision-making.
The event was hosted by Jasneet Kaur, whose confident stage presence, wit, and energetic engagement kept the audience connected throughout the two-day experience. From insightful sessions to lighter moments of interaction, the event maintained a perfect balance between business and hospitality.

The opening evening began with an address by Gurpreet Singh, Founder & MD of Arrow PC Network, who spoke about the true meaning of “Synergy” and how collaboration remains one of the strongest driving forces behind long-term growth and innovation. He thanked customers for their trust, technology partners for their continued support, and the entire Arrow PC Network team for their efforts in building a stronger ecosystem together.
Setting the tone for the knowledge sessions, Naresh Arya, DGM – Presales (Multicloud & Cybersecurity), shared valuable insights into the rapidly evolving world of cloud and cybersecurity in today’s AI-driven environment. He also highlighted the growing importance of compliance readiness under India’s DPDP Act and why organizations must proactively prepare for the future of digital governance and security.
The discussions continued with Shrutikant Kapoor, Vice President – IT Infra & Managed Services, who spoke about Arrow PC Network’s approach to managed services, operational efficiency, and solving complex IT challenges with agility and reliability. Adding practical industry perspective to the stage, customers shared their real-world experiences and collaboration journeys with Arrow PC Network, bringing authenticity and business relevance to the sessions.

One of the standout moments of Synergy 2026 came when Karanjot Singh, Director – Strategy and Emerging Business, Arrow PC Network, introduced Arrow WorkReady, a policy-driven employee experience platform designed to help organizations rethink workplace productivity, device ownership, security, employee flexibility, and modern workplace strategy. More than just a solution launch, the session reflected Arrow PC Network’s broader vision of helping enterprises build smarter, more secure, AI-ready work environments capable of adapting to evolving business and employee expectations. The concept generated strong interest among attendees as it addressed some of the most practical challenges faced by modern enterprises today.
Adding a deeper social dimension to the event was the session on Disha Shaping Dreams, the CSR initiative led by Parvinder Kaur, Director at Arrow PC Network and Founder of Disha Shaping Dreams. The discussion highlighted the initiative’s impact on women’s empowerment, skill development, and confidence-building, noting that over 150 women have already benefited through various programs and opportunities. Guests were welcomed with handcrafted crochet flowers made by women associated with the initiative, making the experience more personal, thoughtful, and emotionally connected to a larger purpose.
The event also featured insightful technology sessions by experts including Rajat Jain from Dell Technologies, Neeraj Dutt from SentinelOne, and Rahul Meena from iValue Group, covering key themes such as AI advancements, workplace modernization, enterprise scaling, data management, cybersecurity, backup and recovery, connectivity infrastructure, and intelligent threat management.
Day 2 of Synergy 2026 opened with an energetic recap session led by Jasneet Kaur, accompanied by a visual recap video showcasing key moments and experiences from Day 1. An AI-themed presentation highlighting the “Arrow PC Journey” added a creative and futuristic touch to the morning.
Sessions by Danish Khan from Dell Technologies, Abhishek Kumar from OpenText, Hardeep Singh Sawhney from Commvault, Vivek Saini from TP-Link, and Himanshu Garg from Check Point brought detailed discussions on enterprise AI readiness, information management, data resilience, recovery infrastructure, and networking transformation.
A highly engaging panel discussion on Device Lifecycle Management emerged as one of the key highlights of the second day. Moderated by Karanjot Singh, Director – Strategy and Emerging Business, Arrow PC Network, the panel featured industry experts discussing real-world enterprise challenges around procurement, deployment, optimization, secure disposal, and long-term device value management. The practical and grounded nature of the discussion resonated strongly with the audience and sparked meaningful interaction.
