GoTrust has strengthened its international presence through its strategic expansion in the United Arab Emirates, marking a significant milestone in the company's global growth journey. Operating from the DIFC Innovation Hub in Dubai since January 2025, GoTrust is supporting enterprises across the region in navigating evolving data privacy and compliance requirements while establishing a strong foundation for broader GCC expansion.
The UAE has emerged as a key growth market for GoTrust, driven by the implementation of the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), increasing digital transformation initiatives, and rising demand for enterprise-grade compliance solutions. The company is enabling organizations across sectors such as BFSI, healthcare, education, and automotive to strengthen their privacy, security, and governance frameworks while meeting evolving regulatory requirements.
As part of its market-entry strategy, GoTrust has adopted a channel-first approach, partnering with regional technology and consulting leaders to accelerate adoption. The company has entered into a reseller partnership with Finesse Direct in the UAE and is actively pursuing strategic collaborations in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and the Netherlands. These partnerships are expected to enhance market reach and help enterprises address a wide range of compliance mandates, including UAE PDPL, KSA PDPL, GDPR, DORA, NIS2, and emerging AI governance requirements.
Commenting on the expansion, Himanshu Gautam, Founder & CEO of GoTrust, said, "The UAE represents a pivotal market in our global growth strategy. With organisations increasingly prioritising privacy, security, and governance in response to evolving regulations, there is a growing need for unified platforms that simplify compliance while supporting business innovation. Our presence in Dubai enables us to work closely with enterprises across the GCC and help them navigate complex regulatory landscapes with confidence. As privacy regulations, AI governance requirements, and cybersecurity obligations continue to evolve globally, we remain committed to delivering a comprehensive platform that empowers organisations to manage these challenges efficiently and at scale."
Since establishing its presence in the UAE, GoTrust has secured customer wins across the automotive and education sectors while advancing multiple proof-of-concept engagements with prospective enterprise clients. The company is witnessing growing demand for integrated privacy and governance solutions as organizations seek to move away from fragmented compliance tools and adopt a unified approach to managing data protection, security, third-party risk, and AI governance requirements.
Looking ahead, GoTrust plans to further strengthen its presence across the GCC, with Saudi Arabia emerging as a strategic priority due to increasing regulatory momentum and enterprise demand. The company is also evaluating opportunities in additional international markets, including Southeast Asia and Europe, as it advances its vision of becoming the unified global platform for privacy, security, and governance across jurisdictions.
