Facebook has announced Facebook App for Google Glass, to allow people to share photos from Google Glass, with friends and others on Facebook. The app is designed to be basic, focusing on what could be one of the most popular things people will want to do with Facebook, while using Google Glass.
People can access the Facebook app on MyGlass and enable it by turning the app "On". Take a photo as they normally would on Google Glass and swipe across to see Facebook audience cards. This allows them to share with friends and others on Facebook, in addition to Google+ contacts and circles. Photos shared with Facebook will appear on the News Feed with a tag line ‘via Google Glass’.
This move from Facebook is aimed at providing its users a new kind of mobile experience, by working with innovative technologies like Google Glass.
Google Glass users can already access and enable Facebook for Google Glass app, from MyGlass, to start sharing photos with Facebook.
