As per the latest update, Ganesh Murthy, CFO, Mphasis, has resigned from his post. The company has appointed V. Suryanarayanan as its Interim CFO. Suryanarayanan is currently serving as Senior Vice-President & Head - Business Finance & Tax at Mphasis.
Here it will be important to note that Murthy has been associated with Mphasis since July 2009. He is leaving Mphasis to pursue other career opportunities.
"Ganesh Murthy has been a key leader and has been instrumental in enabling our successful transformation. While he is going to pursue other career opportunities, he will remain as our ambassador. I wish him the very best," said Ganesh Ayyar, Chief Executive Officer, Mphasis.
