Oracle initiates its second round of Startup Cloud Accelerator program
The Oracle Startup Cloud Accelerator program is accepting applications from startups for the second cohort in Delhi and Mumbai and fourth cohort in Bangalore. Applications are also invited for Oracle’s new virtual-style, non-residential global program called Oracle Scaleup Ecosystem. The addition of Oracle Scaleup Ecosystem allows Oracle to work with startups at all stages of growth, regardless of location. The program, launched globally in early 2017, received thousands of applications across its eight residential locations worldwide, accepting more than 40 startups globally, including 5 startups each in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore last year.
The Oracle Startup Cloud Accelerator is open to technology and technology-enabled startups. Five to six startups are selected per cohort, with two cohorts each year. The program provides mentoring from technical and business experts, state-of-the-art technology, a co-working space, access to Oracle customers, partners and investors, and free Oracle Cloud credits.
Oracle Scaleup Ecosystem will target high-growth entities globally, as well as a select number of investment groups and strategic partners. The program offers mentoring, R&D support, marketing/sales enablement, migration assistance, cloud credits and discounts, and access to Oracle’s customer and product ecosystems.
“The previous cohorts included tremendously talented startups creating innovative new products in areas ranging from healthcare, pharma, hospitality, marketing, finance and cyber security,” said Reggie Bradford, Senior Vice President, Startup Ecosystem and Accelerator. “We look forward to working with more emerging companies in the thriving Indian startup market, and are dedicated to continuing to build an ecosystem of co-development and co-innovation where startups, customers, and Oracle all win.”
Interested startups can apply by 15 June 2018. Oracle Startup Cloud Accelerator global locations include Austin, Bangalore, Bristol, Delhi–NCR, Mumbai, Paris, São Paulo, Singapore and Tel Aviv.
