The new online payment solution brand from PayU India, PayUPaisa has announced to make its payment gateway services absolutely free for all existing merchants with the “ZERO Transaction Charges offer”, which waives off transaction charges levied on a merchant for any transaction. With this offer, a merchant doesn’t need to pay any TDR (Transaction Discount Rate or Merchant discount Rate) to PayUPaisa on any transaction.
