A staggering 98% of respondents acknowledged that digital transformation has reshaped their core business models. While 37% explore new markets, 24% report an evolution in their organization’s mission due to technological advancements.
AI is playing a crucial role, with 97% of leaders believing AI will transform core business models within the next two years. AI is expected to help 31% enter new markets, while another 31% see it as a way to strengthen their unique selling proposition (USP) and 24% say it has already reshaped their core purpose.
Despite optimism, 53% of leaders fear stakeholder confidence loss if AI projects fail, and 18% struggle with demonstrating clear ROI, making AI adoption both an opportunity and a challenge.
Currently, 45% of organizations use AI for automation and routine tasks, but only 23% leverage it for new product development, highlighting AI’s underutilized potential in fostering innovation.
A lack of skilled AI professionals remains a barrier, with 41% citing it as the biggest challenge in AI implementation and 36% seeing it as a key obstacle to digital modernization.
By 2030, AI is expected to become indispensable, with 62% believing this shift will happen within the next five years. Currently, 11% already see AI as critical to their business survival.
Experts predicts that ,AI is not just an enhancement but a fundamental driver of business transformation. Companies that integrate AI deeply into their strategies will lead the next wave of innovation and success.
