Bharti Airtel's new postpaid plans, effective from October 8, include one complimentary international trip per SIM every year, with a 5GB roaming pack valid for five days, plus Unlimited Data, spam protection and entertainment benefits.
Bharti Airtel has announced the launch of new postpaid plans with more benefits built in. From October 8, 2026, customers can enjoy one international trip with free roaming every year, along with all existing benefits.
The complimentary International Roaming pack includes 5GB of data, 60 minutes of calls, 25 outgoing SMS and free incoming SMS, all valid for five days. Customers can activate the pack at a time of their choosing, which makes it easier to stay connected while travelling abroad. On Airtel Postpaid family plans, the benefit is available to every member of the plan.
Free International Roaming is the latest addition to Airtel Postpaid plans, which also offer Fast Lane technology, Unlimited Data and network-level protection against spam and fraudulent links. Customers also get a range of entertainment subscriptions and access to exclusive experiences through the Airtel Postpaid Advantage Club, including comedy shows, movie premieres and concerts.

Plans and pricing
The plans start at ₹499 for an individual connection and rise to ₹1,799 for a family of five. The ₹749 plan covers a family of two and the ₹1,049 plan a family of three. Two family-of-four plans are priced at ₹1,249 and ₹1,449. All plans include Unlimited Data and Calling, spam and fraud prevention, and one free international trip per SIM per year.
Subscription bundles grow with the price. The ₹499 plan includes Xstream Play Premium and Google One. The ₹749 plan adds Amazon Prime and JioHotstar. The ₹1,049 and ₹1,249 plans add Apple iCloud+ and Apple Music. The ₹1,449 plan adds Netflix Basic, and the ₹1,799 plan upgrades that to Netflix Standard.
How to get the new plans
The plans are available from October 8, 2026, to all customers opting for Airtel Postpaid. Existing Airtel customers on old postpaid plans or on prepaid can upgrade through the Airtel App or at a nearby Airtel Store. Customers of other operators can switch to Airtel Postpaid by raising a switching request through the app or at a store.
