Lenovo expands gaming and entertainment portfolio in India with LOQ monitor series and Tab Plus Gen 2

Lenovo has introduced its new LOQ gaming monitor series and Tab Plus Gen 2 in India, targeting consumers seeking immersive gaming, entertainment and productivity experiences with high-performance displays, AI-powered features, premium audio and versatile connectivity across devices.

Lenovo has expanded its consumer device portfolio in India with the launch of the Lenovo LOQ monitor series and the Lenovo Tab Plus Gen 2, strengthening its presence in the gaming and entertainment segments. The new products are designed for users who switch between gaming, streaming, content consumption and multitasking, while offering high-performance features across different usage scenarios.

The launch includes the Lenovo LOQ gaming monitor lineup, built for fast-paced gaming, alongside the Tab Plus Gen 2, a tablet that combines premium audio, AI-powered features and portability for entertainment and productivity on the go.

Lenovo Tab Plus Gen 2 targets entertainment and productivity

The Lenovo Tab Plus Gen 2 is designed to deliver entertainment experiences beyond the desktop while also supporting productivity tasks. It features a 12.1-inch 2.5K display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision and HDR10 support for streaming, browsing and learning.

The tablet is equipped with a JBL-engineered nine-speaker system tuned with Dolby Atmos and includes a Bluetooth speaker mode that enables it to function as a standalone speaker for audio streaming from smartphones.

Lenovo has also integrated AI-powered capabilities such as real-time transcription and translation, Lenovo Smarter Reader and AI Notes. A 360-degree rotating kickstand supports multiple viewing modes, including Hanging, Stand, Theatre and Lean modes. The device houses a 10,200mAh battery claimed to provide up to 15 hours of YouTube video streaming and supports 45W fast charging. It is compatible with the Lenovo Tab Pen Plus, Lenovo Wireless Keyboard and Lenovo 68W USB-C Wall Charger, which are sold separately.

LOQ monitor series focuses on high-speed gaming

The Lenovo LOQ monitor series is aimed at gamers seeking high refresh rates, fast response times and enhanced visual performance. The flagship LOQ 27Q-10 features a 27-inch QHD IPS display with a 180Hz refresh rate and response time of up to 0.5ms to deliver smoother gameplay.

The monitor also supports HDR10, 99% sRGB colour coverage, AMD FreeSync and VESA Adaptive Sync technologies for reduced screen tearing and improved visual quality. In addition to PC gaming, it is compatible with gaming consoles including PlayStation 5, Xbox and Nintendo Switch.

Connectivity, availability and pricing

The LOQ monitor series includes HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4 connectivity and supports Lenovo Artery software for display customisation and performance management. Lenovo is also offering a three-year limited warranty with the monitors.

The Lenovo LOQ monitor series will be available exclusively through Amazon.in beginning with Amazon Prime Day at a starting price of ₹9,799. The lineup includes the LOQ 24-10, LOQ 27-10 and LOQ 27Q-10 models, while a 32-inch LOQ monitor is expected to be introduced later.

The Lenovo Tab Plus Gen 2 will be available soon through Lenovo's online store, major e-commerce platforms and retail outlets at an expected starting price of ₹35,999.
